We are just about ready to send out the show packets for the 35th Anniversary “Vintage Treasures” show to be held at the CT River Museum the weekend of July 12-14, 2019. Packets will be mailed the week of May 6th. We will also be posting the packet to the SNEC website which is: southernnewenglandchapter-acbs.org in the near future.
We are also pleased to announce that Valentine, a 1929 Elco Flat Top Yacht will be joining the show after completion of her restoration. The last time she was at our show was in 2010!
We are still looking for a few raffle items for the Saturday raffle as well as nautical books, hardware, nautical posters, etc. which we can sell at the ship’s store. All donations will be acknowledged by a tax donation form! Check out your book shelves – you might have a couple of great books to donate or look in your garage, you never know what you might find.
If you have any questions once you receive your show packet, please do not hesitate to contact Lynn or myself. Lynn’s cell is 860-966-7189 and my phone is 203-264-5823. If you have a friend that has a boat and would like to participate in the show, we will be more than happy to send a show packet to them.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in July – Bette Heinzman, Chapter Secretary
